It has all the functionalities of C-Zentrix Cloud Call Center (CCaaS) software. The agent can do preview and progressive dialing, set call back, call disposition, call conference and call transfer. 100% of the calls are recorded in CCaaS platform for quality monitoring. Agent activities are recorded to measure agent productivity. The agent calls are over WebRTC. It comes with built in CRM fields which can be filled up by the agent during the call.
