Totally impractical app. The control panel does nothing except operate the scanner as a desk lamp or a night light for the faint of heart. The pathetic manual had no guide or suggested operation of the app. The illustrations for device controls are generally illegible anyway. The scanner does work, not as well as my 3 sheet feed Brothers, but it handles books well, it is just phone control is useless.

I've been using this app and it installed and found wifi networks the second try. It controls the scanner and uploads the files to the cloud. The documentation is scarce but playing around, one will explore the functionality. The scanner is the aura mate pro. It has some issues, especially for the computer software. I've found workarounds. I use Scantailor on the files. Note that I am a Cisco network engineer and have been working with computers, programming, starting with CP/M and TRS-80.

Downloaded App to use with my new Aura Mate Pro. App download loaded and installed without issue. Registered Device and followed step to connect via WIFI -- complete failure. Phone displays SCAN and Aura Mate Pro reads from phones. Then a long delay and I get a generic cannot connect to WIFI Message. So I tried it on my iphone -- same exact sequence and failure. I am a IT Administrator of 30 years. If I am having a difficult time what must the average user think. Please help me get this to work so that I may help others as the instructions for this device are substandard. This is the second device I have bought from CZUR ( 1st was the Shine Ultra ). Why put all of the real functionality in the phone App and not in the PC ( Win/Mac ) program ? Please help -- a want to give you a good review -- but you have to earn it !!
