About this app

Every adventuring party has someone keeping track of the treasure, usually in a notebook or a spreadsheet only they can see, and by the next session nobody quite remembers who took the healing potions or where the last hundred gold went. D20 Loot Tracker gives the whole group one shared record instead. Everyone sees the same loot, inventories and coin on their own phone, and every change shows up for the rest of the table as it happens.

During the session, log loot the moment it drops, then hand each piece to a player, give it to the party, or sell it. When you sell, the gold can go to one player or into the party fund, or be split evenly, with each share worked out to the copper. Coins are real coins: every purse holds gold, silver and copper, so fifteen silver stays fifteen silver, and when someone buys something the app makes change the way a shopkeeper would.

Between sessions, each character keeps their own gear in containers and equipment slots, with attunement for D&D and carrying capacity for Pathfinder, plus spells for casters. The log keeps every item's story, from the moment it was found to the moment it was sold, and the gold history shows who got what from every sale and what each purse held afterwards.

For the DM, hoards can be prepared before the session and stay hidden until you hand them over. Magic items can stay unidentified under a false name until the party learns what they are, loot can stay hidden until it's found, and you can share interactive maps with the table.

Invite your players with a link and they join your campaign with their own accounts, or send someone a read-only preview that lasts a day. The same account works on the website too, so a player without the app can follow along from a laptop.

D20 Loot Tracker works with Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition and Pathfinder 1st and 2nd Edition, with searchable item and spell lists for each. Tap Demo Mode to look around a sample campaign before you make an account.

D20 Loot Tracker is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or Paizo.
