I Always have a problem with this app. you can type in your password correct, although it won't show what you type, which is not understanding why it's set up like that. the site should be updated so customers can see what password has been entered.

It serves it's purpose, cost $7.95 each time.Almost too easy to send money. Once your credit card and inmate information is entered, it takes 30 seconds to send money. Can't find where to remove debit card information, so if that kind of thing bothers you, maybe use a prepaid card or be prepared to cancel card when account is no longer needed.

My experience using this app has been STRENUOUS , Stressful,& stupid. I really hate it and hope they fix the kinks or get a better budget to fix app features or just re do the whole damn application, ; the webpage is no better either. Always gives a false 'bad credential" error message when logging in. I've noticed the only.time it seems to work is when the phone lines are open during business hours. This is very useless and defeats the purpose of having an online/ mobile app account.
