The app allows the estate residents to access all of the information that is being shared by the Body Corporate, but I experience it as unsuitable for use on a cellphone/smartphone because the documentation usually difficult to read and to navigate through on a small screen.

This app has a lot of potential, if used correctly. I am struggling to access the PDFs on the app at this point, which is my only concern. Other than my inability to download the pdf docs I want, it seems to be an easy way to get important communication.

Very informative and easy to use.
