Civic Watch is a community-driven oversight tool designed for residents of Ward 6 and the greater King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) Municipality. This platform enables residents to document service delivery challenges and monitor community safety through a transparent, data-driven interface.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES:

Incident Reporting: Log specific service delivery concerns such as water leaks, electricity outages, refuse accumulation, and road maintenance needs.

Community Safety Monitoring: Report and view localized safety concerns and crime hotspots to facilitate community-led awareness.

Photo & Location Integration: Attach geo-tagged images to reports to provide precise location data for documented issues.

Status Monitoring: Track the progress of reported incidents within the application.

Data Visualization: Access aggregated "heatmaps" that highlight recurring infrastructure and safety challenges within the municipality.
