Account activation was terrible, Request EVP by submitting all the document, after EVP released, request to submit activation form, After that need submit further documents, waited 3 weeks. When I asked if unable to approve, just delete my account. They replied, Please wait 48 hours. After 1 week still no respond, At last get to know, there are group of Malay staff in approval department who purposely delaying and rejecting our request. Higher level management should investigate on this issue!

No dark mode. Got a lot of complains from customers that the white interface is too bright and hurting their eyes when sitting in the back seat especially at night. Also why is there no option for driver to take a rest after dropping off customer at the airport without losing the queue. Its like forcing the driver to continue driving if there is an incoming job.

The best apps ever . The fee is very low , easy to get a ordering at airport and this apps very good and smooth
