Wow! Intuitive, and so easy! I opted for the APP vs. a card, and had all kinds of anxiety as a visual learner and preferred a physical card. I used a locker for the first time today and the APP could not have been easier. In close proximity to the locker, swipe to open lock. Upon return, ending time and swipe to unlock. I appreciate the count down timer too --so helpful to plan my return trip. Thank you for making this so efficient from set up, to verification, to usability.

had an absolutely dreadful time setting this up. while setting the permissions up for this app it would close if i were directed out to android's OS screen or back to the play store if i hit back and the app would crash when i switched and every time i tried to open it. had to uninstall and reinstall about 10 times before i was able to use it normally.

I use the app 5 days a week. it's March and the app has frozen 3 times this year requiring a reinstall. After that it works great again. The couple of minutes it's takes to troubleshoot this will probably make you miss your train. when this happens to you it will ask you to retrieve your bike it will even give the location you had the day before. if you try to open the door it just freezes. Then reinstall the app login and it will work again.
