Great app. Flawless operation, avoiding the problems reported by others. Stand at the BikeLink locker, open the app. It tells you which lockers are available and asked you to choose one. Look for the locker labels and make your choice. The gate opens, and voila. The app makes this so much easier than the old technique inserting a card into the locker.

First time using this app. Worked well. I was able to lock my bike and retrieve it. However, no ability to extend my reserved time slot. 8 hours before the expired rental, I realized that I wasn't able to come back on time. Tried to add hours, but couldn't find a way.

Thanks for feedback! We always suggest adding more time than you think you'll need when starting a rental, as there is not currently a way to add time to a your rental. However this is a much requested feature and we are discussing changing how we charge for rentals.

This app horribly buggy. Even the bug report form in the app is not implemented, and just copies your report to an email client. Starting a rental only works if you're near the locker, but the app takes forever to recognize that you're standing in front of one. Unlocking did not work, and showed a non-working 'contact support' button. I managed to find a phone number eventually, and got an unlock code after 10 minutes in line. Now the app threatens to charge me for not finishing my rental.

Thank you for your feedback. You must be at the locker to start or end a rental. It appears that the locker you used was working on a backup battery, which may have caused the issue you were having ending the rental. A technician will service the locker. We are working on an app update and better customer support training to address these issues.
