■ Easy household device control
Lighting, heating, ventilation, gas valve lockout, standby power shut-off, and other devices in the household can be easily controlled anytime, anywhere.

■ Main function
-SNS (Kakao, Naver, Google) can be used more easily by supporting integrated membership registration and login.
-When using the app, it is possible to set security through biometric authentication (fingerprint), providing a more secure app use environment.
-We are trying to provide a more comfortable resident environment by controlling household devices and providing information on close living in the complex.

* Convenience services: Elevator call, unmanned courier inquiry, vehicle entry notification, parking location confirmation, visiting car registration, complex playground CCTV, electric vehicle charging status inquiry, information on nearby convenience facilities
* Community service: Complex notice, complex survey, management/security office phone number guidance and connection
* Additional services: Services for the convenience of residents will be expanded in the future.
