Recently, the app has been so unstable! It takes at least a minute to show the login page, and another minute for the fingerprint to pop up. Each click takes 30 seconds to load. What a waste of time! Please fix it!

This is the worst bank account app I've ever used. There are bugs issue all the time. User interface is bad. You need to fill out forms at the branch for pretty much everything. It's very backward and not user friendly.

Do not support my mobile phones in FINGERPRINT verification : Mi Poco & OnePlus 8, both work very well with HSBC.
