Are you a fraud? Registered as Prime member and ordered few items. Only some item received and the most expensive piece is missing. Contacted customer service but keep asking me to send pictures of parcel and requesting me to wait while they check with relevant department. Please refund if item lost or upgrade your customer service.
Last time when u all were 65daigou it was good. After change become like crap. Service from bad to worst. Interface getting complicated. Keep on dividing my single order to multiple shipments so can charge me more. Air shipment time takes as long as sea shipment always got one item never come in time. Order two different batch on same day don't allow to be put and deliver together. This company starting to go to hell. Will never use ur company again.
PRIME is cheap for shipment but the product is more + super Expensive, (Some of the products and the price of the shopping centre outside is almost).... If the product so expensive, I prefer using others Taobao agent in singapore. PS: Home Delivery are bad and not on time.... Customer service not bad, only taking too long to answer or replying back...
Very slow in every procedure. Different exchange rate is used for both buy-for-me and prime. The price become higher when I buy with prime. Gentle reminder to all users, if you're not going to buy a lot of heavy items, do not waste RM188 to subscribe "prime".
I've been buying from ezbuy. The website is not mobile friendly. When you buy, they send only notification stating the receipt numbers not with the product photos. So it's hard to know what item had they shipped. I need to look at the website again to know. Overall, the service is good. There are more ways to improve it.
brought some items during the 11.11, initiately claimed that one parcel of mine was missing and i was told that they will update me asap. However it has been a week with no updates at all, so i contacted them. they claimed that my parcel was found in their main warehouse but upon arranging for delivery, they gave no replies or simply ask me to call their hotline ( which is uncontactable). ordered on 11 nov and now (19 dec) i have yet to receive my parcel. please do contact me asap.
