Stupid chat line from apps. Started queue 5 times already. After submitting my question and waiting for 15 mins, when I wanted to key in more questions, the line just went dead, unable to send AT ALL. And I tried 5 times. Really fed up. Queue on website also need to wait for about 2hrs then got agent reply me. Is Ezbuy back to normal? I don't think so.
My purchasing still pending for long time since last november "to oversea warehouse" but till today still "to oversea warehouse" status. And i have cancel my certain order but still no action has been taken. Emails didnt reply, no action till now,just keep silent. Please improve your customer service and your services. Lately very bad services compare to before 11 11 sales.
Good job getting yourself banned by Taobao guys, if only you weren't too greedy and just stuck to being an agent , now this app is useless
I used to put negative reviews for this app. But after experiencing delays and setbacks from my orders more then 5 times The support helpdesk was efficent and helpful. All my items that are having problems are assisted for refund and canceled while support helped with delivering the remaining items to me. I believe it's just how patient and understanding you are to them so they can assist at ease, as I learned that after my 2nd delayed order. For live support if you really want your items so urgently and asap, wake up early and queue at 945am sharp. Don't expect your turn to arrive if you queue last min. Support team is just a support team they don't owe the whole ezbuy so be easy on them they are human.
It's been over a month since my orders for Christmas items were placed. A week ago I waited 8 (yes, eight) hours in the live chat function to speak to a human being to request for a refund since the goods we're obviously not going to arrive on time. I was promised a refund if the goods did not arrive by 15 December from Chiang, a customer service rep. Instead, unceremoniously informed through a call that delivery is expected on 30 December despite the previous promise. This is compounded by many orders in my account still registered as 'to Overseas Warehouse' or 'Pending inspection and repack' since late November. Please return my money, since this business is clearly not going to survive now that you've pissed off the big A.
Too much ads. My order from Nov has yet to be sent out (6 weeks and counting) , yet still getting prompts for more deals promising me the skies
