Each morning, open the app, read the prompt, and type your single most important intention for the day. Tap "Declare Intention" to lock it in. Your focus is now set. Return throughout the day to review your commitment, mark it complete, or update it if your priorities shift. At day's end, your completed intention joins a growing history of wins — a personal journal of purposeful days.

HOW IT WORKS

Open Daily Intention each morning when you wake up. The sunrise header shows today's date and greets you warmly. Read the prompt: "What is today's single most important task?" Type your intention in the text field and tap "Declare Intention." Your focus card for the day is now active, showing your task in bold with options to complete, edit, or reset. Throughout the day, return to the app to check in. When you finish, tap "Complete Focus" — the gold celebration banner appears and your task moves to history with a strikethrough. Watch your completion percentage grow as your streak of intentional days builds.
