app is not usable for checkout. once you hit checkout button it loops back to logon. also shipment was almost 2 weeks late and my credit and discount codes expired. they say they fix it but it's never fixed.. it's an absolute mess. so frustrating, this is not something I could recommend

This app is terrible. Issue with filling in free form fields (keyboard closes after every letter). Phone verification doesn't work. Customer assistance button doesn't work. Don't waste your time.

My package is now ONE FULL MONTH late (originally due October 18th), and communication regarding its status has been minimal. Their 'live chat' is completely ineffective; it simply directs customers to email, offering no immediate resolution or assistance. Due to this unacceptable delay and the poor customer support experience, I have canceled my order. -- Which is unfortunate as I loved their clothing.
