I'm not sure what to think about this app. I was supposed to have accumulated the 100$ withdrawable amount, but the 2nd 50$ winning had not been credited to my account. I usually take screenshots of my tickets and compare them with the result just to see if the app is legit. I already emailed their customer service several times, attaching the screenshot, but I never got any reply. Mind you, that's almost a month ago. I'll change my rating though once they resolve the issue.

I would give this app a 0 rating if possible. Doesn't live up to the hype. Right off the bat, opening it becomes an issue. It asks to check my internet connection when I have good wifi at home. On the odd ocassion it does open up, trying to log in TAKES FOREVER whatever option you choose and it still fails. Don't ask me to email you. I told you here what's wrong. "Develop" a solution then or else you're just embarrassing yourself in front of the people who hyped you.

In my first two weeks of playing, I won twice ($10 prize). That was back in August 2020. I have yet to win again. Since Feb, I noticed that the app doesn't open for certain days. Actually from Mar 7 until today, a "Check your internet connection" message appears below even if my internet is stable. I still receive a notification of the clue and sometimes the draw result. I do hope they resolve the issue very soon.
