Daishin Securities offers two apps: CYBOS Touch is exclusively for customers using branch services, and CREON is exclusively for online customers.

Customers who do not wish to use branch services can enjoy lower fees through CREON.
(CREON's economical stock commission rate of 0.015%)

To use the CREON service, please install "Daishin Securities CREON" from the App Store or other app stores and open a non-face-to-face account.

※ In accordance with the new Article 22-2 of the [Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.] and the revised Enforcement Decree, the access permissions required to provide Daishin Securities mobile services are as follows:

[Required Access Permissions]
- Storage: Permission to save/read files for app use (device photos, media files)
- Phone: Permission to check device information and status, and to connect to customer service
- Installed Apps: To prevent electronic financial transaction incidents, only apps installed on the device that may pose a threat are collected.

[Optional Access Permissions]
- Camera: Permission to take photos (used when taking a photo of your ID card, a non-face-to-face real-name authentication method)
- Location Information: Permission to search for your location to find branch locations
- Address Book: Permission to access your address book friends list when sharing app introduction messages, current stock prices, events, etc.
- Microphone: Permission to select stocks via voice input or voice recognition during chatbot consultations.

※ You can still use the essential services without consenting to optional access permissions, but some necessary functions may be restricted.

예전에는 잘 되던 지문인식에 여러번 실패해서 몇번 시도하다가 간편인증 재등록으로 넘어가네요. 신분증을 여권으로 인증할수는없나요. 해외거주중인데 운전면허와 주민등록증이 없는 상태에요. 바이오 5회 초과해서 바이오 인증 안돼는 상태에서 어떻게 로그인할수있는지 알려주세요

User interface가 너무나 안좋다. 뭘 가입하려면 직관적이지 않아서 고객센터에 몇 번이나 물어봐야 한다. 설정에 맞지 않으면 버튼 자체가 안 눌리는데 그 설정이 안먹히는 경우가 많아서 당황스러움. 주식 사고파는 거 이외에(심지어 주식 검색하는 것도 불편함) 쓰기가 너무나 불편함. 사용자 위주로 앱을 좀 업데이트할 필요가 너무나 많다.

도둑놈들. 가입해서 이용하니 수수료 폭탄. 인터넷가입했는데 대전센터관리점으로 고객몰래 등록해서 수수료를 거래소이용만큼 뜯어가는 사기꾼증권앱.
