This is a mess in a multi-field complex. Just one person can screw this whole thing up by connecting to the wrong scoreboard. Can you add some kind of authentication where a code on the scoreboard ( using the home and away score fields etc) has to be entered into the app to connect it? There are 2 people scoring a game on the other field, one is connected to our scoreboard. They both think they are on their scoreboard and refuse to admit they are wrong. Its driving everyone on our field nuts.

Thanks for the feedback. Each interface box ships from the factory with the same default name, but it should be changed to something descriptive at install via menu - Settings - Scoreboard name.
If this has not been done at your field please have the facility contact Daktronics service.

Responded to my initial complaint and resolved a frustrating pitch count reset issue. Otherwise, app works great! Very satisfied with it once the issue was resolved. Thanks all involved! Initial complaint/review: 3 stars: baseball pitch count reset issue. Is there anyway to reset the pitch count after the most recent update instead of going one at a time? incredibly frustrating and time consuming needing to subtract one pitch at a time to bring the number back down to zero.

Thank you for the feedback. We heard this from many baseball scorekeepers and have addressed it in the latest version of All Sport Lite. A new Clear Pitch Count option lets you reset the count instantly when a new pitcher enters. Please update the app and MX-1 firmware. If this solves the issue, we'd appreciate an updated review.

Constantly loses connection and/or timing out. Completely locked up my phone and I had to do a hard reboot of my phone. The app itself is pretty user friendly, but several issues with lock ups and staying connected.

Since your review, we've made several improvements to connection stability and how All Sport Lite behaves when devices are locked, asleep, or moving between the foreground and background. Update to the latest version and try it again. If you've seen improvement, we'd appreciate you considering an update to your review.
