About this game

Capybara Quest Journey is a 2D platformer that invites players to help a capybara explore 20 adventure areas. Each area features different environments, enemies, challenges, and gameplay mechanics, such as wind, rain, tides, fragile platforms, geysers, fog, snow, and rising lava.

Players can move, jump, double jump, slide, and dodge to overcome obstacles and avoid enemy attacks. Along the way, players can collect fruit, find checkpoints, defeat various types of enemies, and achieve objectives in each area. Areas 10 and 20 feature boss battles with special challenges.

The game features 20 capybara skins that can be previewed and purchased using collected fruit. Fruit progress is saved based on each area, allowing players to continue their quest and collect undiscovered fruit. Areas and skins are also unlocked gradually as the game progresses.

Capybara Quest Journey supports both keyboard and touch controls, features visual effects, character animations, sound effects, background music, a progress save system, and a display designed for landscape play.
