Ratings and reviews

The map is an utter mess. An issue for both drivers and customers, sending the wrong locations. There seems to be a lack of communication between the app and the restaurants. Much easier, including the hassle, of picking up the food yourself.

The app accepts the orders first and then tells you it is finding a driver. Then offers me to go and pick it up myself. 40 mins later, the order gets cancelled because no driver is available. I'll rather use apps that say up front that no delivery is available in your area. It took 40 odds minutes and that left me without time to buy food for my family because of lockdown. 2/10 Easy to use.

Tried the app, could never order, the app wouldn't let me write my location and kept trying to get my location automatically and only said error, could never order. Had to switch back to uber eats.
