About this app

This app allows you to take advantage of the amoled displays of older smartphones to turn them into bedside alarm clocks.
Unlike the always on displays built into operating systems, this app allows for some additional features.
First of all, the time is horizontal and has a very large font to make it easier to read.
Seconds are present.
Every 5 seconds, the on-screen text shifts so as to avoid burn in and protect the life of the display.
Below the time we find the date and the battery percentage.
The battery percentage will turn green if the phone is plugged in.

A tap on the display will activate the flashlight, turning the phone into a nightlight (I suggest setting the flashlight to minimum via your phone's settings so as not to overheat the LED lamp)
A long tap will change the time format from 24 to 12 hours (am/pm)

The app does no background work, and does no profiling.
There is no advertising and no user data is collected.
