About this app

How much can I spend today without running out before the month ends?

Zilo answers that with a single number, refreshed every day. Tell it how much
you have and how long it has to last, and it works out what you can spend
daily. Spend less today and tomorrow gets bigger. No spreadsheets, no
mandatory categories, no reports nobody reads.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• One number that matters — "you can still spend X today". It's the first
thing you see.
• Your balance rolls over. Days you underspend add up instead of vanishing at
midnight.
• It doesn't force the calendar month on you. Money has to last until the
15th? Set 15 days.

FEATURES

• A daily budget that recalculates itself after every expense
• Home screen widget — see the number without opening the app
• Optional daily reminder, at a time you choose
• Piggy banks — set money aside for a holiday or a new phone, and it stops
counting as spendable
• Loans — track who owes you and who you owe, per person
• Statistics: category chart, period comparison, search and filters
• Custom categories with your own name, icon and colour
• Recurring transactions — salary, rent and subscriptions post automatically
• Shopping lists that turn into an expense in one tap
• Streak: how many days in a row you stayed under budget
• Full backup and restore to a file, plus CSV export
• Light theme, dark theme and an AMOLED mode
• English and Romanian, any currency

PRIVACY

Your data stays on your phone. There are no accounts, no sign-up and nothing
is sent over the internet. We collect nothing at all. Backups go to a file you
control.

Free, with no ads and no subscriptions.

Zilo is a personal expense journal. It is not a banking product and does not
connect to bank accounts.
Know exactly what you can spend today. A simple daily budget, kept on-device.

What’s new

Rebuilt navigation, so you find what you need faster:

• New "Money" tab in the bottom bar: Budgets, Piggy banks, Loans, Recurring and Categories, all one tap away. They used to be buried in Settings.
• Settings now holds only actual settings, grouped into colour-coded sections, and moved to the gear in the top corner.

Thanks for the suggestions — keep them coming.
