I have to say, this is by far the worst combination of system and app I've ever encountered. The functionality is unbelievably poor. When it does work, which is only about 40% of the time, it performs beautifully, with just some minor lag that isn't a major concern. However, during the other 60% of the time, the app is unusable. It either remains black or gets stuck at 95% while trying to load the feed.

There appears to have been some changes to the functionality of the app. I can no longer review the video history or logged events. It just says cloud is not available. But I used to be able to view off my local drive storage. And even current events displays a message "video is playing" but the screen remains blank. Also, I can no longer zoom in while watching any particular camera live view or past view. What's going on? *Edit* Base and monitors work, but will not connect to app at all.

Have had for a few years. A few glitches along the way but nothjng terrible. It actually was more dependable than our secondary system which basically crashed a year in and now our other secondary system. I gave one star now because an update happened and it asked me to accept terms before I could see footage. I accepted and now it closes upon opening. I can't get through to see anything on camera system through the app 😡. I can only see through my monitor if home. Not HAPPY!!!
