Worked good for about 2 years. I've had the system since 2018. The past year, the app will not work at all. Says device is offline but I've got ethernet connected directly to it and done all the steps on the device. In my case, it's absolutely pointless. Customer Support is no where to be found. The DVR system itself still works fine and records as it should but the APP is TRASH! The app was the reason I purchased this system so I could see what is going on while I'm away.

Works great! Using the Danale App, i can view each video camera in 1080p. Picture quality is pretty good, and you can record or take screenshots of the live feeds. If your box is plugged into your internet router, you can watch all the videos stored on the HD. Pretty slick, and best of all, there is no monthly subscription! Edit: update on 8-22 renders the app useless. It crashes immediately, so now the cameras are useless!

Have two cameras, one continues to go offline and the only way it will reconnect is reset it or unplugging/replugging. (Yes, they're connected to the correct wifi setting, one camera works fine.) Well, when you bought the cameras for when you're on vacation, you can see why this is a problem when you can't reconnect remotely.
