PT DANA SYARIAH INDONESIA (DANA SYARIAH), is a digital technology-based non-bank financing institution (Fintech Peer to Peer Lending) which operates online with a sharia/Islamic principles scheme. We have been present since 2018, licensed and supervised by the Government through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with decision number: KEP-10/D.05/2021. Apart from that, we are also under the supervision of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN MUI).

-Term: 90 days or 3 months

-Installment payment scheme,

Ratings and reviews

To be honest, I don't like to rant here on PlayStore page since I have no problem with the app itself. But they stopped responding to my emails. Fund withdrawal for completed project used to be swift and quick. Only around 2 days, and the funds are wired to user's account. But now? My funds was stuck for more than 2 months, totaling more than 100mil. Yet they dare to claim for high TKB rate. For prospective new users, think again before registering.

Very bad experience. I've been using this app for 3 years. However, withdrawals are currently very difficult, customer service is very slow to respond, and there's no transparency. It takes 30 days to disburse funds, and there's no clarity. If you need money quickly, investing here is highly not recommended. Hopefully, my funds will be disbursed soon.

I need to downgrade my review. I already used this application for 8 years and have great experience however the problem raise 2 months ago when i want to withdraw the money and until now there is no clarity when it will be received. No explanation from CS and it very difficult to contact them.
