pathetic app.i subscribed for the 1 month pack but the very next day even when I am logging in from the same number and device it's showing you will need to upgrade your pack only then you can access.I contacted the support team and even shared registered number and screenshot of the problem but I did not receive any assistance and already my two days have elapsed of taking the pack.I don't know when will I be able to access the episodes.Not a very good experience.Disappointed.

I want to cancel my subscription. why am I not able to cancel it from my end? I even emailed your team...no response!!! Cancel my subscription right now before I file a law suit case against you!!! Don't test my patience!!!!

Its been years since this app was available on Playstore, but still, crime alert all episodes are not uploaded. The present episodes are repeated thrice in 1000 episodes. So eventually, there are only 500-600 original episodes rest are duplicates. Will this be fixed?
