I took premium. But I can't download a video or I can't see it. There is ads and after that the episode is not opening. I can't see the episodes. And it's not taking download also. I tried to do it a lot of times. I am fed up of trying. Sony or voot is much better than this. Please improve it. You are offending your clients.

Such worst app UPI and experience. Even if you buy the gold downloaded content will get expired within 2-3 hours. Then what is the point of purchasing it. To be Frank nothing is great in this app to buy. They have to improve it alot to give to good experience

Worst app. None of the videos are playing for past few days even when we have bought subscription with money. Always error message appears. Many episodes are missing in the middle and latest episodes are not even being updated. If you are releasing a app demanding payment to watch the least you can do is make sure the customer gets value for their money. Extremely disappointed.
