After complet of payment the app is freeze even never show my payment subscription and never sending otp in my no.i think this was a fake site because they provide wrong coustomer support I'd also

I paid a one year subscription. It says that you can use on 2 devices. I added to another device...it didn't recognize the subscription and wants me to upgrade after I logged in with the same email address I paid the subscription with. I logged out on my device and now I also don't have the upgraded version. I emailed support but haven't heard from them. I hope this gets resolved.

Worst app. None of the videos are playing for past few days even when we have bought subscription with money. Always error message appears. Many episodes are missing in the middle and latest episodes are not even being updated. If you are releasing a app demanding payment to watch the least you can do is make sure the customer gets value for their money. Extremely disappointed.
