Somewhere between a Caribbean beach bar, a rum punch, and a very determined crustacean, hermit crab racing was born.

For centuries, from the shores of Jamaica to the tiki bars of Florida, locals and tourists have gathered around sandy circles to cheer on their chosen hermit crab. Placed in the centre, the little creatures scramble outward and the first to cross the line wins glory, bragging rights, and probably someone's drink money.

Hermit Scramble brings that legendary beach bar chaos to your phone.

PICK YOUR CRAB. NAME IT. LOVE IT.
Your hermit crab is yours. Name it, customise its colours, and send it of to race against four rivals across a sandy arena packed with coconuts, rocks, bamboo jacuzzis, toy trucks, and other questionable hazards.

HOME IS EVERYTHING
In the wild, a hermit crab's shell is its home, its armour, and its identity. In Hermit Scramble, it's also its secret weapon.

Collect shells ranging from Common to Legendary rarity, including some rather unusual living arrangements your crab probably didn't expect. A hard hat. A Viking helmet. A jester's cap. A pirate hat. Your crab may have questionable taste in real estate, but the right home can make it unstoppable.

Each shell boosts your crab's stats and the rarest ones carry special proc abilities that can activate on during races to boost your winning chance:

- Slipstream - burst of speed after recovering from fright
- Intimidate - your mere presence frightens nearby rivals into their shells
- Iron Nerves - fright duration is always halved (your crab has seen things)
- Pathfinder - a powerful navigation boost off the start line
- Bulldozer - terrain slows? What terrain slows?
- Rally - gain speed each time a rival finishes ahead of you
- Shell Rattle - when you get frightened, so does everyone near you
- Lucky Break - random speed burst when you're stuck (crabs need luck too)

MASTER THE TALENT TREE
Spend talent points across four branches - Speed, Navigation, Fortitude, and Shell Mastery. Build your crab your way. Respec once per day if your strategy needs a rethink.

CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD
Race against AI crabs that grow stronger over time. Climb the leaderboard and prove your crab is the greatest on the beach - just like those legendary Caribbean racing crabs of old, only with better hats.

Three difficulty levels - Simple, Standard, and Complex - let you choose your challenge and earn more XP on harder races.
