A UNIQUE CONCEPT: ISLAND EMERGENCE
In Exagon, land isn't given, it’s earned. Every turn, a new piece of the island emerges from the waves. In this hexagonal strategy sim, it’s up to you to strategically place these tiles to expand your territory. But beware: space is limited and time is running out!
DRAFT YOUR DESTINY
With each expansion, you must choose from randomly drawn districts. To succeed in this city builder, you must adapt your strategy to the options available:
◈ Residential: House your citizens, but avoid overcrowding.
◈ Commercial: Boost the economy and local appeal.
◈ Industrial: A powerful growth engine, but a source of pollution.
◈ Park: The essential green lung for your neighbors' happiness.
ADJACENCY AND SYNERGY
Don’t place your buildings at random! As a deep strategy builder, Exagon rewards clever placement. Every district interacts with its neighbors. Take advantage of Industrial Synergy, create dynamic Commercial Zones, or avoid Industrial Smog penalties. Use the "Peek" mode to visualize bonuses on the hex grid before placing your district.
THE OVERPOPULATION CHALLENGE
The secret to a high score lies in the balance between Housing capacity and Attractiveness. If your city attracts too many people for your available housing, you'll face a crisis! This management simulation will test your limits: can you maximize points without losing everything?
