About this app

WorkCycle helps you manage personal schedules, work cycles, time tracking, travel orders, fleet records and team work.

The app is designed for people with shift-based, rotating, weekly, manual, flexible or field-work schedules. It is useful for individuals, small teams and small businesses that need a clearer overview of work, tasks and basic administration.

Schedules and cycles
WorkCycle supports multiple planning modes: repeating cycles, weekly rotation and manual schedules. Each day can be extended with additional labels and status labels, so your base schedule stays separate from your actual daily assignment.

Time tracking
Time tracking is optional. You can record start, finish, breaks, meal time and notes. Time accounting can show recognized time based on configured rules, while manual corrections require a reason. Raw tracked events remain separate from recognized time.

Fleet and travel orders
Fleet is a local module for vehicles, odometer readings, document dates, reminders and service records. Travel Orders can use vehicles from Fleet and save a vehicle snapshot on each order, so old orders do not change when vehicle details are edited later.

Team features
Team modules are designed for teams that need an overview of tasks, membership and schedules. Admins can prepare team tasks, work areas and assignments, while members see the information relevant to their work. Team and cloud features are separate from local personal settings.
