Once I was able to discern what I needed to do, it was pretty easy. However, the navigation as to what had to be done initially was not intuitive and took two visits to the app to understand what was needed. Also, on the first try, regarding the covid card verification. The pay for quick results was clearly evident, but the go on the regular process was not. For AA to indicate it was a free process and then to see the 'pay here' for the expedited results gave me an 'is this a scam' feeling.

The app stopped before my cruise "pass" was completed even though I finished the steps. I had to completely uninstall the app and reinstall it. Once I did that the account recovery didn't work so I had to make a completely new account and upload my pictures and vaccine cards again. I think this will end up having cost me more time than it was supposed to save me.

Look at all the recent reviews. The app is awful. My whole family was completed on the app for a cruise. I got a new phone and support said I couldn't recover my account and that it's bound to the old device. No other app is like this. Even password and security apps. Support was an absolute fiasco, they argued with me and passed me off to like 6 different people. Finally had to delete all data on their end and redo it. After this, will NEVER use this app again. The QR scanning, never worked.
