Record Expiration Dates is a food expiration date tracking app that helps users intelligently manage their kitchen inventory. With this app, users no longer need to worry about food going to waste due to unknowingly expired food. The app automatically categorizes each food item based on its freshness status, allowing users to consume food that is about to expire promptly.

Key Features:
- Food Stock Tracking: Add food items with name, category, expiration date, quantity, and notes for an organized kitchen inventory.
- Automatic Categorization: Each item is automatically categorized into Expires, Today, Soon (0-3 days), or Safe (>3 days) based on its expiration date.
- Kitchen Freshness Score: A unique feature that calculates the total freshness percentage of your kitchen based on the number of items that are still good versus expired.
- Filter and Search: Use tabs to display all items: about to expire, safe, or expired. Search by name or notes.
- Visual Color Indicators: Red, orange, yellow, and green color codes make it easy to identify freshness status at a glance.

- Sort by Date: All items are sorted by expiration date in ascending order, so the most urgent items are always at the top.
- Add, Edit, Delete Items: Easily manage inventory through an intuitive bottom-sheet form.
- Initial Seed Data: Five sample food items are available when you first open the app to help new users understand how it works.

The app works offline, and all data is securely stored on the user's device.
