About this app

DapurNet Supplier is the operations app for wholesale suppliers who serve restaurants on the DapurNet platform. It puts the whole order lifecycle — from an incoming purchase order to the invoice — on a phone or tablet, so your team can work from the warehouse floor instead of a desk.

ORDERS, END TO END
Every incoming order is grouped by what it needs next: new, accepted, packing, in transit, delivered. Accept an order and agree its prices and delivery fee in one step. If a price lands above what the customer agreed to, the order goes back to them for approval rather than changing quietly — no surprises on either side.

PACKING AND PACK SIZES
Work through a picking checklist, mark lines out of stock, and add substitution notes. If you only have 9 kg bags for an order placed in 20 kg bags, change the pack and the app shows what that means straight away: what the customer ordered, what you are actually supplying, and whether it leaves them short.

DELIVERY
Dispatch an order and the app moves straight to the delivery screen. Record what went out, capture shortfalls and damages line by line, and confirm receipt where your customer has enabled it.

INVOICING
Raise an invoice from a completed order in a few taps, with tax and rounding handled for you. Share a PDF, or send it to a connected printer along with picking slips, delivery notes and order summaries.

What’s new

• The app now works with no signal. Orders, invoices and your catalogue open from the last sync, and anything you record is sent as soon as you are back online. Pick what to keep under Profile ? Offline data.
• Daily Prices, for suppliers who price by the day: publish every item's price each morning in one list, with yesterday's price a tap away and a check before it goes out — including any item that has an order waiting and no price yet.
