so I set up the card and the app, I called to get information that I apparently don't have, and I'm told that darden handles the app, not actual credit union, the nice lady gave me the number and transferred me, the gentleman that answered says they don't deal with the app but my employer does, they why do y'all have a customer support number if there is no support?

How is it I can add external accounts but can't make payments on them? Kinda defeats the purpose of having a checking account with DCU. I moved over so I could do everything from there but now I'm gonna have to close my acct and re-open with Chase. What's the point of have the ability of having external accts when you can't pay anything towards them? View/read only? This function is completely pointless, please fix this so I can pay my cards through this app!

This app sucks it doesn't work at all aswell as the desktop version. It is freezing all the time ,the program is always experiencing difficulties and información its not found for the 4th time and second time it locks my account.
