I am extremely disappointed with Dari. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I have had with an app. Almost every time I use your service, I face some kind of problem. The maids are rarely on time, there are constant delays, and on several occasions they have been rude, unprofessional, or shown unnecessary attitude instead of doing their work properly. What makes it even worse is when an order is delayed for a long time and then cancelled at the last minute.

(2026) The app has started to glitch a lot. It charges your money but the bookings don't get confirmed. It takes more than a week for the money to refund. Very disappointing. I'm going to stop using this. (2024) I booked a cleaner for 1-time home visit (4 hours) through Dari. The price is reasonable and the workers are professional. The worker assigned to me, Nurwulan, was a very professional and polite Indonesian lady. She was very hardworking, quick, efficient, and cleaned my home with care.

I had booked for a deep cleaning and they send few Egyptians who knows only Arabic and they just did some normal cleaning. They did not clean the kitchen and Bathroom well. I had to supervise them to do the cleaning for all the rooms. Though I complaint it in the app about it, they did not do anything. Worst app and waste of money.
