the customer support is not professional at all. they have no direct contact method only via chat. I had the service marked as done and the service was not provided. so money was deducted. when I raised the concern they had a very unprofessional followup and waste time by irrelevant answers. the supervisors and management never call to check. customer support email and chat methods waste your time and create frustration

the worse cleaning service i have ever seen, they take your money on there app when you book, they do not show up, and there is no one to answer the chat who can help neither the 900 number as well as land line, no one exist they just charge. the least you expect is for someone to call the customer and provide solution specially after taking the customer money.

very bad experience, bad customer service and no commitment to timing slots
