About this game

Step into a tense side-scrolling shooter where every tap matters. Dead Zone blends calm exploration with sudden, heart-pounding attack waves. Advance through the wasteland, hold your ground when the horde arrives, and make split-second decisions: shoot zombies fast—but never hit a human.

How It Plays

Explore & Advance
Walk the road to build progress. When the meter fills, a new wave begins.

Wave Defense
Zombies rush from the front. Turn to face threats at any time and hold your position.

Friendly Fire Is Final
A single shot on a human ends the run. Precision matters.

One Touch Shooting
Tap the Shoot button to fire from your current facing direction. Bullets spawn from your weapon’s edge for clear aim feedback.

Fair Spawns
Humans never spawn unfairly behind “shielding” zombies on your side; if a shot is impossible, the game won’t force it.

Lose Conditions

A zombie reaches you.

You accidentally shoot a human.

Score & Progression

Earn points for each zombie eliminated.

Survive waves to face larger groups at tighter intervals.

Your best score is saved—chase a new personal record every run.

Controls

Left / Right: Turn and, during exploration, scroll the world forward.

Shoot: Fire instantly.

Menu: Quick access from the top-right.

Features

Crisp tap controls with responsive shooting.

Tips

Stay calm during the transition from exploration to waves; face the right direction before the rush.

Prioritize nearest threats and keep the lane clear.
