About this app

Your passwords, private photos and sensitive account details should stay under your control. SafeBox is a privacy-focused vault built around local storage: your vault content stays on your device by default and is not automatically uploaded to a SafeBox-operated cloud for storage. Network access is used only when you choose a feature that needs it, such as a breach-risk check or cloud backup.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
• Encrypt and store account names, usernames, passwords and other sensitive information on your device.
• Keep private photos in a separately protected photo vault.
• Sensitive clipboard content can be cleared automatically after copying to reduce exposure.
• You can optionally enable a protection rule that clears protected local data after 10 consecutive failed unlock attempts.

FASTER SIGN-IN, WITH CONTROL
• Android Autofill can offer matching credentials on supported app and website sign-in screens.
• SafeBox works with Android's credential system.
• Use passkeys in supported native-app scenarios.
• Target matching and app identity checks help reduce the risk of filling credentials into the wrong destination.

PASSWORD HEALTH
• Find weak, reused and highly similar passwords locally on your device.
• Run a breach-risk check only when you choose.
• The full password is not sent during breach-risk queries, and a network failure is not treated as a safe result.

BACK UP TO STORAGE YOU CONTROL
• Create encrypted backups manually when you want them.
• Back up locally or to your own Dropbox or Google Drive account.
• Cloud backups are stored in your own cloud space rather than a SafeBox-operated storage account.
• Restore your data or move to a new device without relying on continuous automatic sync.

• Disguise SafeBox as a compass.
• Use a separate PIN to enter an isolated decoy space.
• Intrusion alerts can help you notice unauthorized access attempts.
• Master-password recovery provides a recovery path if you lose access.

SafeBox combines password management, private photos, autofill, password-health tools and device-level privacy controls in one place while keeping you in control of where your data is stored and when it leaves your device.
