Darna Partners is the app for Darna business introducers.

You sell Darna to property developers and condominium managers. The app gives you the prospect database, sales arguments, live pricing, and commission tracking—all in one place, on your phone.

RESERVE YOUR PROSPECTS
Search for a developer in the national database. If they're available, reserve them with a single tap: they become yours, and no other introducer can work on them during your window.

YOUR PIPELINE, NO SPREADSHEETS
Approach, pitch, quote sent, sold. Each step has its own timeframe. The app tells you who to follow up with and how many days you have left.

LIVE PRICING
The simulator calculates the quote during the call: number of units, off-plan properties, offer level, discount. You quote a fair price right away, then generate the quote to send.

YOUR TRANSPARENT COMMISSIONS
See exactly what Darna has received from your client, what you've already earned, and what's still to be received. Month by month, line by line. Your share of the installation fee, and a percentage of the subscription fee for as long as the client remains a customer.
