DART TAXI
- Book your regular taxi with Dart. Booking from the app for immediate or future bookings. Dart taxi relies on local registered taxis and uses the standard metered fare. Dart assists by giving a cost estimate based on a distance calculation without surcharges or time factor.
- Now with Dart you can pay with cash and receive an electronic receipt via email.

HOW TO USE DART
- Download the App for free and register your account
- Register a phone number where the driver can contact you (you may update this at any time).
- Our app uses your smartphone GPS and Geo-location function to help confirm your pick-up point. Tap on marker and type in a helpful note for our drivers to find you. Eg. I’m waiting upstairs or a detailed street name/number
- For your drop-off point just type the street address or closest landmark/street and accurately drag pointer on map.
- An estimated fare will appear and you can request on demand pick-up.

Sign up on www.dartbrunei.com To qualify drivers need to:
- Be Bruneian citizen or Permanent resident of Brunei
- Be 21-65yrs old with a valid Class-3 License
- Have a Car less than 10yrs from date of first registration
- Be Competent in conversational English and Malay

Ratings and reviews

This app is bad. Dart is not allowed at the airport, have to walk to/from P2 lot. No way to see where exactly the driver is, no ETAs, screen always centers on the driver, so it is hard to estimate your location vs. car, poor UI, can't just paywith a credit card, need to deposit money into the app first, then spend the balance... Giving it 2*, not 1*, because there are no bugs. Only poor functionality and user experience.

Brunei still getting used to this app, so I was nice with the review. Scheduling a future ride was not an option in the version I downloaded been though tech support said I should have been able to. I clicked through every option in the menu and could not schedule. GPS of the drivers was sketchy and the map in the app was difficult to navigate as it always tried to reset to where I was located rather than letting me browse different locations.

The app definitely needs to be improved, but it's totally functional and deserves a higher rating than it has. It was easy to sign up, and I love how it redirects to WhatsApp for easy communication. Things that need improvement: - I don't like how it doesn't show an ETA. - It automatically focuses the map on the driver, so you cannot see where you are in reference to him. - It stores the previous drop off and pickup in cache, and it's too easy to mistakenly choose prev opts - Only cash option
