MedTracker is a free pill reminder and medication tracker built to help you take the right medicine at the right time — every day, without fuss. No sign-up, no account, no cloud. Add your pills, set the times, and let MedTracker do the reminding.

Whether you take one tablet a day or juggle several prescriptions on different schedules, MedTracker keeps everything in one clean, organised place and quietly nudges you when it's time for each dose.

★ TODAY DASHBOARD Every morning, all of today's doses appear on a single screen with a live progress bar ("3 / 5 · 60% complete"). Tap a card to mark a dose as taken; tap again to undo. When the day is complete, the banner turns green and cheers you on. Pull down to refresh at any time.

★ SMART PILL REMINDERS Set the exact times you take each medication and MedTracker fires a reminder at the scheduled time. If you don't respond, a follow-up nudge arrives 1 hour later, and a final overdue reminder 3 hours after that — so a missed dose never quietly slips by. Reminders survive phone restarts and keep working when the app is closed. A one-tap Snooze 15 min option is baked into every notification.

★ WEEKLY CALENDAR & HISTORY The Calendar tab lets you browse any past day with a Monday–Sunday week strip. Every dose is logged as Taken or Missed, so you can spot patterns in your adherence and share an honest history with your doctor. Deleted medications stay in your history — nothing is ever lost.

★ SIMPLE MEDICATION MANAGEMENT Add up to 20 medications with a name, dosage (e.g. "200mg", "1 tablet"), frequency, and optional notes like "Take with food" or "Avoid alcohol". Choose from five frequencies: Once daily, Twice daily, Three times daily, As needed, and Weekly. Edit or remove any medication in seconds.

★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN All your medication data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server. There is no account to create, no email to enter, no cloud sync, and no data sharing with third parties. Your health is your business.

★ 100% FREE — NO PAYWALL MedTracker is completely free. Every feature is unlocked for every user. No premium tier, no medication cap tricks, no locked reports. The app is supported by a single banner ad shown on the Today tab.
