It's extremely expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Our driver arrived early in a clean car with the car seat we needed and was courteous. Also the app is a little slow, and I expected an email confirmation, though it appears they don't do that. Still, everything worked out. Knocking a star off for the cost and another for the middling app. Still great service that came through in a pinch.

Needs 18 hours advance notice to schedule a ride - and no indication until you sign up and register and attempt to schedule something.

It would be cheaper to buy a carseat and toss it in the bin after a single ride. $328 for two adults and one child from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami. Ridiculous. Website is garbage, app is very clunky. Do not recommend.
