This app is honestly horrible. It keeps on saying it sent the OTP but it hasn't, I have tried troubleshooting my messeges app and even restarting my phone. I can't login which means I can't pay my accommodation. The fact that the development team is not even answering people's compliant goes to show how this is not taken seriously.

The experience I've with this app is really bad. I tried signing up then it told me my ID already exists. Then it wasn't much of a problem, I then tried logging in but I had to reset my password since I don remember creating it before. The real problem comes when you hav to do the reset. I still haven't received that OTP using both an email and SMS 😏

BROOOO. I've been trying to pay for my accommodation for weeks now and at this point I'm gonna het kicked out because it keeps saying it sent the verification code and I'm not receiving ANYTHING. TRIED FORGOT PASSWORD WITH SMS & EMAIL, STILL NOTHING!!!!!! If I sleep on the streets it's definitely this app because I don't have the FUNDI card to pay. This is just SO UNPROFFESSIONAL!
