Ratings and reviews

This app is the worst. The Dashreels app is openly fraudulent. I tried it for three days, and then a pop-up appeared in the app stating that the subscription would cost 99 rupees per month, so I clicked OK. The trial period of this app was of 3 days and then the amount was deducted from the account but within 2 days the amount was deducted from my account.I had chosen the option of Rs 99 per month but only Rs 499 was deducted from my bank account and I only got a 1 month subscription.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. It doesn’t install properly, and the support team is not helpful at all. They are playing with our hard-earned money. They claim to offer a 3-day free trial followed by auto-renewal with our consent, but that is misleading. When we request cancellation, they refuse by saying the content has already been viewed. The app even auto-plays content as soon as you open it. If we try to escalate the issue, they avoid it and instead offer a ₹99-per-month.

This app is a complete scam! I downloaded Dashreels only for the 3-day trial. The app clearly showed that only 2 would be deducted during the trial period and that the actual ₹499 would be charged after the trial was over. But instead, they deducted ₹499 from my account immediately without even waiting for the 3-days! This is nothing but a scam. On top of that: It has already been 15+ hours since I mailed their support team, and still no reply
