It's always not working. Something is messed up won't open the bubbles just keep in turning and reset and uninstall but still not going

This app has a lot of issues. most of the time it won't even open.

Boy, you guys really screwed the pooch on this one.... the changes made Sept 1st are terrible. This new version obviously wasn't ready to launch yet... words over words, words in the wrong place. Not anything like the previous version that thousands of us are use to using. And right at the start of a holiday weekend? I sure hope you guys are in the office trying to get it fixed. Other than giving more command controls from the app, I'm not sure why you did it.
