About this app

Performing Daily Vehicle Inspections (or “circle-checks”) is critical for driver safety and for keeping fleet maintenance in-check. Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) are mandatory. It can be time consuming and counterproductive when using paper inspection sheets.

MIRCheck is an intuitive vehicle pre-trip inspection application that allows drivers to quickly complete a circle checks (inspections) for their heavy trucks, heavy equipment and construction machinery.

Here's How Our MIRCheck Pre-Trip Truck Inspection App Works:

Step 1: Selection of the pre-trip inspection sheet to use (customizable)
Step 2: Documentation of any detected defects using a photo, video, or audio recording.
Step 3: Backup of the circle checks on the mobile device and/or on our servers. (VIP & PRO bersion only)
Step 4: Automatic sending of an email to the fleet manager of the mechanical workshop to notify him of detected defects. (Pro version)
Step 5: Automatic creation of a task in MIR-RT for each non-compliant point. (PRO version)
Step 6: Consultation of the circle checks history in our web portal for a period of 13 months. (VIP and PRO version)

No more paper inspections and double-entry of information. Take advantage of electronic inspection sheets that comply with MTO standards!
