Ratings and reviews

Supports very (very) basic features. Mainly, when I open Datadog on mobile it's normally to view a monitor and related traces or logs — and all of these use cases are, in my opinion, not usable in this app. Honestly, even though the browser experience is clearly not designed for mobile, opening Datadog a mobile browser is still more useful, so there's basically no point to have this mobile app.

UI feels disorganized, and almost every action results in a spinner for a second or two. Graphs sometimes refuse to load, with an unhelpful "error loading new data" message. Seems to vary day to day how much trouble it gives me. Following a link from PagerDuty on my phone is pretty slick when it works! Also wish they didn't have a permanent tab at the bottom for a feature we don't pay for - basically just an ad at that point.

For starters I can't even use the app! Whenever I sign-in through the Sign Sign On (SSO) it just has me signed in through the in-browser screen. NOT the APP. So it makes the app pointless. In this case I just reroute it to my normal browser and force it in PC mode because mobile mode is too close together. Maybe it's better that I don't use the app. I would imagine the app is like the browser but with mobile mode forced... Ehhh no thanks. Points for it working at least in browser. PC is better
