First, this product is incredible and I love it. Let's get that part out of the way. There many issues with the ap itself, though. Pretty often, the connection will randomly drop and fail to reconnect, even when the plantwave is put into pairing mode. Closing the app, turning off the pantwave, and turning it back on after re-opening the app is the only way to fix it. Sometimes, the app will crash altogether, resulting in the same process being necessary. Battery indicator also doesn't work.

After some experimenting, and I don't know why this is, the app dislikes Androids below 5g. Android 5g,fine. Android 4g, not fine; it has trouble connecting & freezes up. It only acts normal when I uninstall then reinstall. When the app works (on my 5g), it does play, albeit sometimes even after you've disconnected the plant. Since it'll play for quite a while disconnected at times, I question the device's legitimacy sometimes. But I do LOVE the concept so I roll with it! (Owner since Nov 2023)

Disappointing... I was so excited to finally get one of these. It's been on my wishlist for at least 2 years. Well I decided to make time to sit down for a healing session and I got it paired but there's no sound and it constantly disconnects. 😡 I really wish that I had seen these reviews before I wasted over $300 on something that doesn't work. Really disappointing and overpriced for something I can't use.
