About this app

To date, the Smart Assistant for Housing and Public Utilities works in:
• Tyumen region,
• Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

With the help of the Smart Assistant, MKD residents can:
• find out if they are entitled to a subsidy for paying for housing and communal services, and preliminarily calculate its amount (available only in the Tyumen region);
• in a few clicks, report a problem to your management company or HOA, knowing only the address of the house;
• evaluate the result of the request and contribute to the formation of an open rating of the region's managing organizations;
• get useful information about the house;
• find answers to frequently asked questions about housing and communal services;
• earn points and spend them on discounts from our partners.

"Calculation of a subsidy for housing and communal services"
A subsidy calculator that allows you to find out in a few steps whether you are entitled to a subsidy for housing and communal services, as well as pre-calculate its amount. At the moment, the functionality is available only for residents of the Tyumen region.

"Contact UC"
Automatic formation of a legally correct text of an appeal to the managing organization for 3 types and 24 categories of the most common problems of citizens:
• In the apartment;
• At the entrance;
• In the house or adjacent territory.
The appeal will be sent to the managing organization that manages the selected house according to the data disclosed in the GIS housing and communal services. Appeals sent through the Smart Assistant for Housing and Public Utilities are required for a response from the Criminal Code.

"My house"
Getting summary information about your home in one window:
• Who manages my home? (contact details of the Criminal Code: phone number, email, website)
• Who provides my utilities? (names of resource supplying organizations)
• When will my house be overhauled? (list of planned works by years)
• How was the money spent on maintaining my home? (MC report on house management for the latest available period).

"Perform a task"
The smart assistant of housing and communal services accrues bonus points for the following active actions:
• evaluate the implementation of your request;
• assess the state of the MKD;
• to verify that the MC is complying with the GZhI prescription (if any);
• bring a friend;
• bind additional addresses (up to 5 addresses).

"Spend Points"
For active actions in the "Complete the task" section, the user is awarded bonus points that can be spent to receive discounts from our partners. The list of partners and their offers are in the "Spend points" section.
