The FISDE App is the mobile application of the Supplementary Healthcare Fund for ENEL Group employees, designed to offer members private, simple, and immediate access to the Fund's main services, directly from their smartphone. The reimbursement section has been enhanced with new features that allow you to follow the entire process, step by step. You can monitor the processing status of each request and always keep track of the progress of your claims related to health events.

The big news is submitting reimbursement requests, which you can now complete entirely from the app, without the need for a computer or paper documents. You can attach the necessary documentation by uploading files directly from your device or by taking a photo on the spot: just a few taps are enough to submit your request quickly and securely.

For direct services, the app offers a real-time geolocation search system that helps you quickly locate the FISDE network healthcare facilities closest to you. For each affiliated facility, you can access all the information you need to identify and choose the center where you can receive services.
