DataLact is an application that complements a sophisticated electronic monitoring system in real time. It allows to quickly and easily visualize the current temperature of milk tanks, as well as the operating status of the different processing machines. You can also use it as a statistical analysis tool through a powerful historical viewer. It also has a system of instantaneous alarms, which notify the user when a problem occurs.
