We are a family inspired by the baby-led weaning approach to meal times. The recipes are collected for personal convenience, tested and approved by baby Sophia. Together with her, grows the number of recipes we add to the list.
The Tiny Meals application has over 300 ideas, good as finger food for baby-led weaning and suitable for children aged 6+ months. It is essentially a cookbook in your pocket, aiming to inspire and assists parents looking for more variety in little children's menu. None of the recipes has added sugar or salt (you can adapt seasoning for older children and grown ups) and many of them have allergen free varieties to meet every child's nutritional needs.
In the app there are no recipes for puree, soups and traditional meals - we focus on finger food ways to offer more fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains to your child.
You can filter the recipes by allergens - gluten free, vegan, nut free, dairy free, etc.
All ingredients are in grams, to ease the inexperienced cooks - such as ourselves.
Each recipes has a photo of the dish, made at home.
We hope the application will save you time in searching for ideas what to cook today, will inspire you to try new things at home and will bring more variety in your baby and child's menu.
