Ratings and reviews

I purchased two trackers and subscribed for both before there were any reviews on the app. I can see they are negative now. My experience has been no different. I've never gotten the second tracker to work. I've had several emails back and forth with support and it's not fixed. Now the app has logged me out and will not reset. Support is usually advising things I've already tried. I preferred to resolve without posting a negative review, but hoping to warn others now before they buy.

Doesn't work. It says my username and password are incorrect even though it's the same thing I use on their website. Can't give an opinion on anything else since I can't log in to explore the rest of the app.

Glitchy and doesn't stay logged in.
