I'm not sure what's going on with this app. i got the tracker to review so I came out and downloaded this app. I can connect the tracker to the app and my app account but I cannot log omto their website account with the same login info. i actually want to remove my information from this tracker. FYI, one subscription per tracker, but you can have up to 5 trackers on one app account. But again, each tracker will need its own subscription.

I purchased two trackers and subscribed for both before there were any reviews on the app. I can see they are negative now. My experience has been no different. I've never gotten the second tracker to work. I've had several emails back and forth with support and it's not fixed. Now the app has logged me out and will not reset. Support is usually advising things I've already tried. I preferred to resolve without posting a negative review, but hoping to warn others now before they buy.

Only works if you have cell coverage so pretty useless in the woods where I need it. Can only get two out of three to sync and show up on the rare occasion we have cell service. Not as advertised at all pretty disappointing would not recommend.
