About this app

DataMatrix Inventory is an app for everyday work with marking codes: scanning, inventory, product listing, and label printing. It works offline and expands the functionality when logged in to the "Electronic Sign" app (datamark.by).

## 1) Inventory
Two fundamentally different modes.

### 1.1 Standard Inventory (via Excel)
- What it does: Compares scanned codes with data from your Excel file.
- Supported columns (automatic structure detection): Barcode, DataMatrix, GTIN, Name, Quantity.
- Scan types:
- Barcode only
- Barcode + DataMatrix
- DataMatrix only
- Scan modes: manual (individual) and automatic (stream).
- Result: found, not found, shortage/surplus, summary statistics.
- Reports: Excel export with highlighting and readable formatting.

Without authorization:
- Excel import, column selection, scanning, viewing discrepancies, report export.

With an "Electronic Sign" account:
- Search for items by GTIN for unfilled positions (upon request).

### 1.2 DataMatrix Inventory (multi-account)
- What it does: Inventory based on the real "Electronic Sign" database with multiple accounts.
- Features: "Get Items," "Verify Codes," "i" card (full product information), document section with filters.
- Cache: local data is displayed first, then background updates from the API.

Without authorization:
- View locally saved codes and documents (if previously retrieved).

With an "Electronic Sign" account:
- Bulk item retrieval, batch verification, detailed product card, document upload and filtering (dates/types/statuses), Excel export.

## 2) Product List
Four modes for different scenarios.

### 2.1 Simple
- Fields: DataMatrix, barcode, text, number, etc. — no API calls.
- Scenario: Scan and compile your own product list.
- Export: Excel.

Without authorization:
- Full functionality of the mode (local data and export).

### 2.2 DataMatrix (with API)
- What it does: Adds the name (and other parameters) from the database to the item using the GTIN.
- Search region: Belarus/Byelorussia and Russia/EAEU (switch).

With an "Electronic Sign" account:
- Retrieving names/attributes from the API when scanning.

### 2.3 Combined
- What it does: Combines local fields + auto-add GTIN and names from the API.
- Options: "Add Name," "Add GTIN" — your choice.

With an "Electronic Sign" account:
- Automatically supplements items with database data when scanning.

### 2.4 Custom (custom templates)
- Field constructor: barcode, datamatrix, gtin, apiName, text, number, date, fixed.
- Mandatory/optional fields, step-by-step scanning (including two consecutive codes), skipping optional fields.
- Presets: pre-installed "LKassa" example for creating and uploading product listings to the online cash register (you can edit and save your own).
- "Load Template" dialog: responsive, dark theme, warns if API data is required and prompts for authorization before proceeding.
- Export: Excel.

Without authorization:
- Any templates that do not use fields requiring API access.

With an "Electronic Sign" account:
- Templates with apiName/database data fields (names and parameters by GTIN).

## 3) Labels
Label generator and printing based on data (import or scan).

### Features
- Import from Excel and add items using a scanner.
- Receive items by GTIN (on demand, if you have an account).
- Size templates (default 58x30), select layout and data for printing.
- View list statistics (number of items with a real name, etc.).
- Export to PDF and print (support for the standard print dialog).
- Saving/loading sessions.

Without authorization:
- Import, scanning, manual editing, layouts, preview, PDF/printing.

With an "Electronic Sign" account:
- Adding additional names and some attributes to the database.
