FOR STUDENTS
• Submit a request or complaint to your department in under two minutes (Electronics, Automation & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energies, Water & Environmental Sciences, Common Core ST).
• Attach up to 6 files (PDF or photos) — transcripts, certificates, proof.
• Get a tracking number and a PDF receipt.
• Follow your request's status — Received, In review, Solved — and read the department's replies.
• "My requests" keeps every request you submitted or saved on your phone.
• Receive an email at each step.
• Read the Faculty's news and announcements.
• Available in French, Arabic and English.

FOR FACULTY STAFF
A secure staff area (login provided by the Faculty) to process requests on the go: dashboard, filtered request list, request details with attachments, status updates and replies to students, internal notes, and news publishing.
